Silver Bullet Bullion, from Northwest Territorial Mint. These 7.62 x 51 mm "bullets" are made with .999 fine silver and weigh 2 troy oz each.
Sold only in the original box of 10 "cartridges".
CNC lathed to almost the same size as the NATO 7.62 mm rifle cartridge adopted in the late 1950s as a replacement for the .30-06 cartridge. Originally used in the M14 rifle and the M60 machine-gun, the 7.62 was used by most Western militaries, and is still in use today as a sniper round. Also has been widely adopted for hunting and long range target shooting.
