Colombian Five Pesos gold coin in Almost Uncirculated to Uncirculated condition.
Minted between 1919 and 1930 these 22 carat (916.7 fine) gold coins were often referred to as "Colombian Sovereigns" because they contain the same amount of gold as a British Sovereign (0.2355 troy oz).
Obverse features a bust of Simon Bolivar, the date and "Republica de Colombia". The reverse depicts the Coloumbian coat of arms with "Cinco Pesos" above and "G. 7.988 Ley 0.916 2/3" below (7.988 grams, 0.916 2/3 fine).
