This 1990-P Silver Dollar Proof was struck to celebrate the 100th anniversary of President Eisenhower's birth. The obverse features two Eisenhower profiles, one as a 5 star general and the other as the 34th president of the United States. The reverse shows the Eisenhower home at Gettysburg.

This proof $1 Dollar silver coin was struck at the Philadelphia Mint. It is made the same composition and size as the old (pre-1936) Silver Dollars- 90% silver, 10% copper, 38.5mm diameter and containing 0.7734 Troy oz of silver.

Includes all original U.S. Mint packing materials- acrylic coin holder, display box and certificate of authenticity.
