This 1988-S proof silver dollar commemorative honors the Games of the XXIV Olympiad (Olympic Summer games) hosted in Seoul, South Korea.

This proof $1 Dollar silver coin was struck at the San Francisco Mint. It is made the same composition and size as the old (pre-1936) Silver Dollars- 90% silver, 10% copper, 38.5mm diameter and containing 0.7734 Troy oz of silver.

Includes all original U.S. Mint packing materials- acrylic coin holder, display box and certificate of authenticity.
