Product Description

This 1960 Peruvian Cinco Soles (5 soles) gold coin contains 0.0677 troy oz gold (2.10632 grams, minted on the coin) in a .900 fine alloy. Coin total weight is 2.3404 grams.

This coin is relatively rare, mintage for 1960 was 8,133. The obverse has the Peruvian coat of arms, small wreath above and sprigs to either side with the date below the arms and the inscription "REPUBLICA PERUANA". The reverse features a seated Liberty, the inscriptions "CINCO SOLES ORO" to the left, "ORO FINO GRS 2.10632" on the right and "9/10 FINO" below.

Coin is in Almost Uncirculated condition, has some minor rim damage on the reverse.
