Minted by Engelhard of Canada these bars date from the late 1960s or early 1970s, very rare and desirable.
Bar is in excellent condition for its age, they were sold without assay certificates and probably just in plastic pouches. Minor hairline scratches as to be expected, but nothing severe.
Engelhard stopped making retail precious metals in the late 1980s, and the corporation was sold to BASF in 2006.
