This White House Commemorative Silver Dollar celebrates the 200th anniversary of the White House. Located at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave in Washington D.C., the White House has served as the principal residence and workplace of every U.S. President since John Adams.
This proof $1 Dollar silver coin was struck at the West Point Mint. It is made the same composition and size as the old (pre-1936) Silver Dollars- 90% silver, 10% copper, 38.5mm diameter and containing 0.7734 Troy oz of silver.
