1975 Commonwealth of the Bahamas $50 Gold coin, in uncirculated condition. Contains 0.0804 troy oz of gold in a 22 carat alloy (.917 pure).
The obverse design features a profile of Queen Elizabeth II with 'COMMONWEALTH OF THE BAHAMAS' and 'INDEPENDENCE 1973' around the edge. The reverse depicts a tobacco dove with 'FIFTY' above and 'DOLLARS' below, with the date on the right.
