The Franklin Half Dollar was minted from 1948 to 1963, and is struck in 90% silver (each coin contains 11.25 grams- 0.3617 Troy oz- of silver and 1.25 grams of copper).
This example is graded by NGC as an MS-65. The coin has some toning, but strike is obviously very, very nice.
