2011-D Olympic Quarter Unc in Airtite Holder

Product Description
2011-D Olympic National Park Quarter, Uncirculated in acrylic Airtite holder. Using cotton gloves we have taken a number of Uncirculated quarters from new rolls and placed them in Airtite holders.
The Eighth coin in the America the Beautiful Quarters series depicts Olympic National Park in Washington state, which is on the Olympic Peninsular, west of Seattle.
Olympic National Park protects more than 70 miles of Pacific Ocean beaches and, less than 33 miles away, the glacier-capped 7,980-foot summit of Mount Olympus that is the heart of the Olympic range.
The park contains coastline, rugged peaks, meadows and lakes, scattered forests and steep forested slopes ending in broad, U-shaped valleys. It was first established as a national site on February 22, 1897.
The reverse depicts a Roosevelt elk standing on a gravel river bar of the Hoh River with a view of Mount Olympus in the background. The design was created by Susan Gamble and sculpted by Michael Gaudioso.
Inscriptions are OLYMPIC, WASHINGTON, 2011 and E PLURIBUS UNUM.
