1991 U.S. Mint Commemorative Uncirculated Set struck to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the completion of the Mount Rushmore National Memorial.

This set comprises a $5 Gold coin with a bald eagle soaring above the revered mountain carving. The reverse features the official name of the sculpture, Mount Rushmore National Memorial, and the denomination stated as five dollars. The coin contains 0.242 Troy oz of gold in a 90% alloy.

Also a $1 Silver coin, containing 0.7734 Troz oz of .900 fine silver and a Clad Half Dollar. Both have special designs commemorating the Golden Anniversary.

All coins in acrylic holders, U.S. Mint packaging includes display box, certificate of authenticity and sleeve.
