1924 US $20 Gold Coin (Double Eagle) graded MS-65 by NGC. US Double Eagles contain 0.9675 Troy oz of gold in a 22 karat alloyed with copper.

The "Saint Gaudens" Double Eagle is considered to be one of the most beautiful US coins ever designed. Minted from 1907 to 1933 the St. Gaudens is named after its designer, the sculptor Augustus St. Gaudens.

The modern US $50 Gold Eagle copied the Walking Liberty of the Saint Gaudens in it's design, a fitting tribute to the talent of St. Gaudens.

This coin has been graded MS-65 by NGC, one of the country's premier coin grading services.
