While ancient Greece was known for the creating the first coins (some 2600 years ago) which are quite rare and highly prized, this is a coin from "modern" times.

This coin features King George I, contains 0.1867 troy oz of gold in a .900 fineness and is in almost uncirculated condition. The 1884 mintage was only 550,000 coins.
